      Biography

      Maïté Schmit was born in Colombia and grew up in Luxembourg, where she still lives. This is where she developed her passion for jewellery. She is committed to the path of jewellery and the specific differences of jewellery in the countries where she has lived in Europe. Having gained extensive professional experience in high end watchmaking (Patek Philippe, Rolex, Hublot, Chanel) and in various jewellery workshops, she launched her own brand "Maïté Jewelry" in 2018.

      Artistic approach

      Through her creations she shares her universe, her identity. These pieces, some of which are unique, are created to accompany the wearer in his or her particularity as a jewel, ornament and art object.
